Things to know when reading data from BigCommerce

Note the following information when building your application using Codat's BigCommerce integration.

Commerce Orders

The order status is not available in Orders read from BigCommerce. You can review the status of the associated payment using the Payments.status field.

Transaction limit on orders

Orders with more than 250 transactions (payments) cannot be fetched correctly for our commerce-payments or commerce-orders data types due to the limitations of BigCommerce's APIAPI A set of rules and protocols that allows different software applications to communicate with each other. Payments methods

The sourceModifiedDate is not available for Payment Methods read from BigCommerce.
